Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately due to local health and safety laws we cannot exchange or refund any goods due to the perishable nature of the products so please order very carefully.
If you have any concerns regarding the stock received please contact us and we will discuss the situation in detail and we will provide a solution.
GOODS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
Garfield Fresh Harvest will refund any orders that has reached you in an unacceptable condition. However we cannot be held responsible if you are not present at time of delivery, if possible please ensure you get your order delivered when it can be accepted during business hours.
REFUNDS
We are able to refund your order if has not been shipped. However once the order has left our shop we are no longer able to refund the order. If you wish to cancel the order please let us know as soon as possible and at least within 24hrs prior to the delivery date.
If requesting a refund on one of our products, please note that we will NOT accept any refund requests without proof via a photograph of the spoiled product. If making a refund request, it has to be done so 48 hours after receiving your delivery.
